Abigail E. Chacón

Abigail has substantive litigation and construction experience in matters throughout North, Central, and South Texas. She has represented individuals, entities, owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and other project participants in a variety of matters, including construction disputes, commercial litigation, premises liability, and product liability. Her construction practice includes disputes involving payment issues, delay claims, construction defects, and contract interpretation, as well as matters arising on both private and public works projects. She also has experience addressing issues related to project safety and compliance.
Abigail is experienced in both federal and state courts, as well as arbitration, and has handled matters at all stages of litigation. In her career, Abigail has gained meaningful courtroom experience and has successfully briefed and argued motions, taken and defended depositions, and assisted in all aspects of trial preparation. She works closely with clients to evaluate claims, develop case strategy, and navigate disputes toward resolution.
