Alan Phillips

Associate

Alan Phillips is an experienced litigator focused on construction law and related disputes. He has represented parties at all levels of a project, from subcontractors and suppliers to general contractors and developers. He understands the nuances of construction disputes and enjoys guiding clients through the process.

Prior to law school, Alan was a geologist in the oil and gas industry, and an intelligence analyst for the United States Army. In his free time, Alan enjoys cooking, old cars, and watching the SMU Mustangs.
