Charlotte focuses her practice on complex commercial matters and construction-related disputes. Charlotte’s current clients count on her for assistance with all areas of the construction industry – helping owners and developers prepare contracts and manage projects and assisting contractors and home builders address their unique needs. Charlotte is experienced in both contract negotiation and commercial construction litigation matters including construction and design defects, payment disputes, delay and disruption claims, lien and bond claims, and other construction-related claims.

Charlotte is an Arkansas native who lives in Dallas with her husband, Will and son, Whit.
