Tom Keating

Associate

Tom first joined Slates Harwell as a law clerk during law school, and then upon graduation, joined the firm as an associate attorney. Tom’s practice focuses on commercial construction law, representing clients in all aspects of the construction industry, including developers, general contractors, and design professionals. Tom is a highly-skilled communicator who counsels clients regarding various construction-related issues, including lien issues, cost escalations, and construction and design defects.

Tom obtained both his bachelor’s and law degrees from Texas A&M University. In his spare time, Tom enjoys golfing, A&M sports, and the Chicago Bears.
