Colbie Campbell and Charlotte Fletcher were both recognized as Rising Stars by Super Lawyers, part of Thompson Reuters.  Colbie was also recognized in the Rising Stars “Up and Coming 100” and “Up and Coming 50 Women.”  Slates Harwell congratulates Colbie and Charlotte on these significant accomplishments.

John Slates and Colbie Campbell served as faculty members at the State Bar’s 36th Annual Construction Law Conference held in San Antonio, Texas on March 2-3.  John discussed liquidated damage issues in his presentation, “I’m Late, I’m Late, For a Very Important Date – The Current Landscape of Liquidated Damages.”  Colbie shared her recovery experience together with co-panelists Steve Nelson and Paul Jacons in the presentation, “We All Need someone to ‘Lien’ On: A Texas Lawyers’ Assistance Program (“TLAP”) Roundtable.”
