John Slates and Colbie Campbell served as faculty members at the State Bar’s 36th Annual Construction Law Conference held in San Antonio, Texas on March 2-3. John discussed liquidated damage issues in his presentation, “I’m Late, I’m Late, For a Very Important Date – The Current Landscape of Liquidated Damages.” Colbie shared her recovery experience together with co-panelists Steve Nelson and Paul Jacons in the presentation, “We All Need someone to ‘Lien’ On: A Texas Lawyers’ Assistance Program (“TLAP”) Roundtable.”
